What is perfection? what does it do to us? who do we become when nothing is good enough… am I good enough? These are some of the things Sarah has battled through out her long and successful career as professional violinist and musician.

Today Sarah knows who she is, and even if doubt sometimes comes back, she’s passionate about helping others to be free creatives and find value in who they are, more so than what their profession says.

I spent the morning with Sarah on a sunny summer day downtown Stockholm in Sweden, we met to chat about life, take her portrait, and we laugh way more than any of these photos captures.

I met Sarah downtown Stockholm, Sweden for an interview where she shares her story and her passion for helping others to let go of self-doubt and unhealthy pressure as a musician.

IMPROVISED MUSIC

Music… what is it? Does it always have to be a written song, produced by a record-label with the intention to make loads of money?

It could be that… but in this case it’s an improvised piece of music, in a one-take video with no real plan or agenda… it’s just played by heart as it comes to mind.
