I met up with Sarah on a sunny summer morning in downtown Stockholm, Sweden. I took her portrait and we chatted about life, had coffee, and laughed way more than any of these photos captured.

Questions like: What is perfection? What does it do to us? Who do we become when nothing is good enough… Am I good enough?

These are some of the things Sarah has battled throughout her long and successful career as a professional violinist and musician.

In the video interview below, she shares her thoughts about self-doubt and overcoming it.

Today Sarah is passionate about helping others to be “free creatives” and find value in who they are, more so than what their profession says.

Music… what is it? Does it always have to be a written song, produced by a record-label with the intention to make loads of money?

It could be that… but in this case it’s an improvised piece of music, in a one-take video with no real plan or agenda… it’s just played by heart as it comes to mind.
