Boston is one of the oldest and most historically significant cities in the United States. Founded in 1630 on land originally inhabited by the Indigenous Massachusett people, the city played a central role in the American Revolution and the country's journey toward independence.
Today, Boston is a vibrant and modern city, home to world-renowned universities, leading medical institutions, and a thriving technology and innovation scene. With its historic neighborhoods, red-brick buildings, and modern skyline, Boston offers a unique blend of old and new.
Despite centuries of change, the city has managed to preserve much of its original character, making Boston a place where American history and modern life meet on almost every street.
